Need some support on coping skills and anxiety? We are in living in hard pandemic times. This is a 8 week course that starts It's on Anxiety & Coping Skills. We will have adults come together to support one another with one or two counselors to lead the groups. Limited to 4-6 people max in this group. preregistering is required at www.discovery502counseling.com Please email to make sure it taken place. Single Mom's Support Group We invite you to listen to other moms for support. Come to a single mom's group for support, self-care, parenting support, and more. A Licensed Therapist will lead the group.
