OSHKOSH – If you love sushi, a restaurant is named after you — and it's coming to Oshkosh.

All-you-can-eat sushi and hibachi restaurant Sushi Lover is preparing to open a new location at 2605 Jackson St., in the former Primo Italian restaurant.

An exact opening date is unconfirmed, but the restaurant anticipates opening in March, according to the Sushi Lover Oshkosh Facebook page.

Sushi Lover has locations in Appleton and Green Bay, offering sashimi, sushi rolls, special rolls and hibachi, as well as fried rice, yakisoba and teriyaki in choice of vegetable, chicken or beef.

Featured fish choices include shrimp, salmon, tuna, red snapper, crab, roe, octopus and mackerel. For those not feeling fish, there are also egg-, tofu- or vegetable-centered sushi dishes.

There are localized rolls among the specials on the Appleton and Green Bay menus: The Green Bay roll has crunchy spicy shrimp and crab with honey wasabi mayo, and the Appleton roll has snow crab and spicy crab with a mango sauce.
