Scaffolding creates a striking design of shadows and lines as 57 new affordable homes take shape in Live Oak at MidPen Housing’s 1500 Capitola Road project. MidPen’s development will include rental homes for families and individuals, including those with supportive housing needs and is part of a 3.6 acre state-of-the-art health and housing campus. The campus also includes Santa Cruz Community Health’s 20,000 square foot primary care center and Dietnes’ 11-chair dental clinic, both of which have been serving clients since early December.
