Hi Yeah, gas prices are down from the highs, Good news and experts say this year won't be as bad as last year. Even better news. The national average for the price of gas forecast to drop nearly 50 cents per gallon. So as you plan your next vacation, maybe you're thinking *** road trip is the most cost effective choice. I don't blame you. And you know what that means. I'm collecting the best road trip apps and gadgets on the market. The best I can find the newest tools to make your vacation easier. Let's go First up, you can't pack kitchen appliances to take on the road or can you? This is *** portable electric kettle that we bought on Amazon for $50. You can make coffee and tea on the road in your cup holder without wasting time and money. Every single time you stop it boils water within minutes and it's meant for your car. It even comes with *** cigarette lighter. Yes, they're still making cigarette lighters for cars. So here's what you do. You plug it in to the cigarette lighter like that. Right? Then we take the top off and you're gonna pour in the water. Then you just hit this button right here, pick the temperature you want and this is C. So we want around 180°. I googled that that's the good temperature to drink tea, which is about 82°C and it's going to warm it up. We wait, watching the temperature go up and up hitting the magic temperature at around seven minutes. Oh yeah, it's boiling like faster teacup writing. You can hear it. Oh it's hot, it's really hot but this next gadget not only makes your life easier but safer spare change for tolls your phone. They can fall into that gap in the seat and right under your seat. You search for it and you can get into an accident until now. Alright this one is really *** game changer. Love this found this. It's called the drop stop on amazon for just $25. You get *** set of 21 for each seat in the car and look at that. It has *** hole for the seat belt. Right so the first thing you wanna do is tilt the seat back to give yourself some leverage and then there's *** seatbelt cut out. Okay just put it around then you just literally push this into the gap to fill the gap. Okay and look at that, you have change it stays there, your phone is not gonna fall into the, into the crevice. Now here's something else. We found another product that may even take it up *** notch. Also on amazon also *** set of two for just 25 bucks. Here it is right here. This one actually provides you storage so I'll do it over here, look at that, you just put that into the gap, especially you can put your phone there, you can put this here, you can put your sunglasses so you get *** little bit of everything. Not only are you not losing stuff down here and reaching for it, which is dangerous. You're getting storage too cheap. Great stuff. But this next tip will make you *** pro at planning out your vacation. It's *** free free app called road Trippers. Okay, we're obsessed with this app at Rossen Reports, We've been playing with it. We'll hit charlotte. Now, look what you can search along the way, Hotel sites and attractions, the great outdoors activities, places, the camp fuel and rest stops. So, sights and attractions, you hit that start trip and look what it does. It maps out your route and it's giving me stuff right along the way that I know I'm not going to have to veer off far of my path for so you can go into each one of these and it's going to give you pictures and reviews and all that. You can use Roadtrippers for free to find cool places and come up with some big ideas. Start plotting your route with up to seven waypoints. If you want more points or you’d like the app to connect with the other services and apps that are offered, there’s a yearly subscription fee. BringFido website and app: You can bring your pet on the road with you. It will tell you which hotels, restaurants, attractions, etc., are pet friendly. Another cool option is that BringFido has a directory of licensed veterinarians, sitters and groomers in case you need it. Portable kettle: Don’t waste time and money stopping for coffee and tea on the road. We bought a portable kettle that plugs into a car’s cigarette lighter that boils water in minutes. Road Flares: Keep yourself safe if you have to pull off the road. This set of three USB rechargeable LED flares are rated well on Amazon. Seat gap filler: This set of two are the original patented ones. They tuck in between your seat and the console so that nothing slips down and underneath the seat. That can be annoying and dangerous. Seat gap filler organizer: Another set of two, this product fills gap with a tray organizer. So if you don’t have enough storage in your center console, you can fill the gap with more. Vacuum for the car: The BISSELL AeroSlim handheld vacuum is cordless and can be charged via USB. People say in the reviews; this and the size of it makes it perfect to pack on a road trip to clean up after snacking and bringing dirt into the car. Car air mattress: Need a mattress for the back seat or the trunk? There are plenty of them to buy on Amazon, like this well-rated one. Car tray: Want a place to eat and work? This tray is for the steering wheel and/or the back seat. Tablet mount: Don’t let your kids fight over the tablet to watch a movie.
