Former daycare worker in Johnson County, Kan., pleads guilty to child abuse
A former day care worker in Johnson County, Kan, has pleaded guilty to four counts of abuse of a child less than six years of age. Rachel B. Schrader was originally charged in January 2021. Court documents state that day care workers noticed an injury on a child. That prompted them to review surveillance video from the room where it happened, which showed an employee hurting a child. Authorities were contacted. Deputies looked through footage and saw over 150 instances where Schrader kicked, hit, pushed, and shook infants in a one-month period.Sentencing is set for May 3, 2023.

A former day care worker in Johnson County, Kan, has pleaded guilty to four counts of abuse of a child less than six years of age.
