After successful careers in film and television, Peter Sussman and Sara Curran found themselves on the Isle of Wight at the start of Covid. Three years later, the husband-and-wife team now call the island off the south coast of England home. As owners of Foresters Hall, originally built in 1865, the couple have transformed the property into an award-winning boutique hotel. As for how a career in film prepared them for the hospitality industry, Sussman says, “both require putting on a show!”
