NOT BEEN RELEASED. MEN IN CUSTODY AFTER POLICE SAY HE WAS CAUGHT WALKING NAKED DOWN NORTH AVENUE IN PALM BEACH COUNTY. PALM BEACH POLICE ARRESTED JASON SMITH FOR INDECENT EXPOSURE. HE’S GOT A CALL WEDNESDAY ALERTING THEM TO A MAN PASSING BY SEVERAL RESTAURANTS ON FOOT WITH NO CLOTHES ON AND STOP BY OFFICER SMITH REPORTEDLY REFUSED TO PROVIDE HIS NAME OR DATE OF BIRTH.

Upon arrival, an officer located Jason Smith, 44, in the 300-block walking with no clothes on, fully exposing his genitals to the public. Smith was taken to the Palm Beach Police Department, where he initially refused to provide his name and date of birth. He told officers he did not have a social security number or an ID card from any state.
