Park & Ride lot at Indiantown Road/FL Turnpike interchange to close until summer
The Park & Ride lot off of Indiantown Road next to the Florida Turnpike is set to close until the summer.
The closure of the parking lot, located at the Florida Turnpike interchange just north of Indiantown Road in Jupiter, begins at 2 a.m. Monday.
Construction is already underway here at the parking lot, where some drivers go to meet for carpools or rest before entering the Florida Turnpike.

The closure is part of a construction effort to improve the parking lot, toll plaza and interchange ramp. The construction is part of a larger effort to improve toll plazas along the Florida Turnpike.

The Florida department of transportation has not shared the exact date of when this construction project will be complete, just that’ll be at some point over the summer.
Drivers can still use the other two nearby Park & Ride lots, including the one on PGA Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens and the one on SW Martin Downs Boulevard in Palm City.
Crews will work all hours of the day.
