THE MISSISSIPPI FOOD NETWORK IS CELEBRATING A NEW LOOK.. MONTHS AGO THEY RECEIVED A GRANT FROM FEEDING AMERICA TO HIRE A RESEARCH FIRM. TO HELP UPDATE THE BRAND THAT PROVIDES MILLIONS OF POUNDS OF FOOD TO THE HUNGRY HERE IN THE STATE. THE BRAND REFRESH INCLUDES AN UPDATED MISSION STATEMENT AND A NEW LOGO. THE LOGO FEATURES A BAG OF GROCERIES IN THE SHAPE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI... Mississippi Food Network gets new look
The Mississippi Food Network's logo and mission statement have been freshened up.The network received a grant months ago from Feeding America to hire a research firm to help update the brand that provides millions of pounds of food to the hungry in Mississippi.The logo chosen features a bag of groceries in the shape of the state of Mississippi."It brings tears to my eyes every time I come here," said MFN CEO Charles Beady Jr. "I am humbled and grateful. Just, my heart is so full right now."MFN works with more than 430 partner agencies in the state to provide food to 150,000 people each month.

The Mississippi Food Network's logo and mission statement have been freshened up.
