Once upon a time, there was a Marine Corps veteran named Aaron Hanson who had a passion for crafting the perfect beer. Along with his friend Eric Elliott, they founded Ellison Brewery in Lansing, Michigan in 2015. Eric eventually went off to pursue other interests, leaving Aaron to steer the brewery ship solo.
But fear not, beer lovers! Aaron’s attention to detail is unmatched, and he believes that the quality of the product comes first. At Ellison Brewery, they produce their own craft beer, both alcoholic and NA, and even dabble in spirits for those who like to get a little boozy. Plus, their homemade food and extraordinary pizza ovens are a hit with locals and visitors alike.
If you’re lucky enough to be a mug club member, you get a sneak peek at their exclusive specialty beers like their Bourbon Barrel Aged creations and fundraising beers like Makin Memories. But even if you’re not a member, Ellison Brewery is always creating something new and exciting to quench your thirst.
