MEDIA – State police are seeking convicted sexual offender Victor T. Folkmann for failure to register his current address and unsworn falsification to law enforcement.

Folkmann, 61, was sentenced to 11½ to 23 years in state prison in 2012 for sexual offenses involving two juvenile victims and was deemed a “sexually violent predator” by the state Sexual Offenders Assessment Board, which includes a lifetime Megan’s Law registration.

His last check-in with state police was Feb. 23, according to the state’s Megan’s Law website.

Folkmann is described as a bald white male weighing approximately 220 pounds. He is 5 feet 7 inches with blue eyes and a tattoo of writing on his upper right arm. Folkmann is described as transient or homeless and is known to frequent the area of 1700 block of Market Street in Philadelphia.
