A few things to know:

Today, Nashville is still home to several prestigious universities and colleges, including Vanderbilt University and Belmont University.
  • Nashville is also known as the "Music City" and for good reason! It's the birthplace of country music and home to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, as well as the historic Ryman Auditorium.
