Eypex Corp. in Auburn Hills, a provider of automotive lighting, electronics, and magnetic fastening solutions, has acquired all assets of JustLight, including the Sunflower Smart Light Therapy lamp that advances mental and physical wellness.
JustLight will be reorganized and run independently under Eypex, and will offer products directly to consumers and through select distribution partners. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
JustLight previously launched and developed several products, including the Sunflower, a versatile in-home light therapy solution for those suffering daily pains and chronic ailments.
With its products, Justlight maintain users can heal their mind and body, improve their quality of life, and boost overall mental and physical wellness.

Eypex’s acquisition of JustLight’s assets and intellectual property include Smart Light Therapy and UV germicidal disinfection technologies. An expanded portfolio of products covering a broader scope of ailments, as well as skin-safe germicidal light devices developed by the original team from JustLight are planned for commercialization within the next 18 months.
