Tucked between Belle Meade and Brentwood, off Otter Creek Road, the home for sale at 62 Annandale sits at the end of the road on more than 3 acres that back up to the Richland Country Club.

While it's sandwiched between Radnor Lake State Park and Warner Parks, it's less than five minutes from shopping and other amenities in Green Hills and Brentwood.

Built in 1991, the house at 62 Annandale in Nashville follows a classic Georgian style.

The property, itself, is breathtaking. It features a private pond and fountain, natural stone walls and landscaped pathways through the wooded acreage.

"The best thing about the property is the setting. The woods are like a fairytale, it's just beautiful," says Lisa F. Wilson, Realtor with French King Fine Properties, who has the home listed for $2,999,000. "The pictures simply don't do it justice. It's very private."

The property is landscaped with trails, a pond, and a fountain at 62 Annandale in Nashville.

The classic Georgian-style mansion features columns flanking the double front doors with a spiderweb transom window and decorative portico. Another element of Georgian style is its symmetry, featuring four windows on either side of the entryway, two upstairs and two downstairs.

The exterior of the home is done in a true stucco, not EIFS (synthetic stucco) that's more commonly used now, though the home was built in 1991. The buttery-colored stucco contrasts with the white trim, another typical element of Georgian style.

The foyer is lined in marble tiles and features a large, grand chandelier central to the room with a curved staircase leading upstairs and overlooking the entry. On the right, the formal dining room features red walls, large windows and recessed ceilings, centered by a crystal chandelier. It offers views of the property, plus an entrance to the kitchen.

To the left of the foyer, there's a formal living room with a fireplace and two sets of French doors that lead outside. In the center, a den offers built-in bookshelves, a fireplace, two sets of French doors, a wet bar and access to the kitchen.

Upstairs, the primary suite has a fireplace and dual en-suite bathrooms, one with a Roman tub and one with a separate shower stall. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs, plus an additional full bathroom. On the third floor, accessible by stairs or elevator, there is a large room that features a full bath, which Realtors say would be ideal for a family rec room or a bedroom suite for an older teen or college student.
