Shall the Village of Howard be allowed to exceed this limit and increase the levy for the next fiscal year, 2024, for the purpose of additional police and fire protection and rescue/ambulance services, by a total of 9.3%, which would result in a levy of $8,973,200, and on an ongoing basis, include the increase of $765,000 for each fiscal year going forward.

Washington Island School District Referendum
Shall the following Resolution be approved? Be it resolved by the School Board of Washington Island School District, Door County, Wisconsin, that the revenues included in the Washington Island School District budget be authorized to exceed the revenue limit specified in Section 121.91, Wisconsin Statutes, by $935,000 for the 2023-2024 school year and by $935,000 for the 2024-2025 school year for non-recurring purposes of paying the ongoing operational expenses of the school district.
