Lawyers at HeplerBroom on Tuesday removed a personal injury lawsuit against Swift Transportation and Joshua L. Dixon to Illinois Southern District Court. The suit, for claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed by the Etzler Lawhead Legal Group on behalf of Eric L. Murray. The case is 3:23-cv-00904, Murray v. Dixon et al.
