A man died and another was seriously injured in a shooting at Gas Works Park Tuesday night, according to Seattle police.
Police arrived at the park shortly after 11:30 p.m. and found two men with gunshot wounds, the department said in an online blotter post.
Police provided medical aid until the Seattle Fire Department arrived. One man was taken to a hospital. The other died at the scene.
SPD homicide detectives responded to the scene and will be leading the investigation. Police ask anyone with information to call the violent crimes tip line at 206-233-5000.
