The Orlando-based advocacy group for Florida’s cities, towns and villages has proposed a four-story, 47,000-square-foot office building and a three-story, 220-car parking structure at 125 E. Colonial Drive.

The office building would replace an existing 10,500-square-foot facility on the 1.93-acre site, while the garage will replace an existing surface parking lot on the north side of the property.
