"Since I was a little child seeing the Columbia shuttle take off, it's always something I wanted to see," Mark Friel, a visitor from London, said. The second private astronaut mission for Axiom Space was the first time many got to see a launch in person. "We've seen plenty of launches from our house but this is our first time actually driving out to Titusville and watching it this close," Orlando resident Rob Ridley said. "It'll be cool to actually learn something so that I can know a little bit more," Florida Keys resident Madison Rodriguez said. People traveled from across Florida and around the globe for this historic moment. "It's like much better in reality," a child said. "When it disappeared I was like, 'Where did it go?'" a child from the United Kingdom said. "It's such a monumental thing to see, isn't it? So, nothing like this happens in the UK so we had to make the most of it," Anthony Butler, a visitor from the UK, said. "Pretty wild. I can't believe how lucky we got being here, especially with it being a man mission and like the first Saudi female on it as well so it was pretty cool," Jay and Sumita Deb from London said."We saw liftoff, there was noise and then about 45 or 60 seconds later you could hear all that rocket noise all that thrust noise," Ridley said. "I enjoyed sitting around just talking with everyone else about it," Michael Daley from London said. "Everybody has come together and once race the human race has come together to make something happen and to better their fellow man and that's what I really appreciate most," said Mark Stanton from Ft. Lauderdale.The weather playing fair and a successful blastoff gave spectators an out-of-this-world experience they'll always cherish. "I feel really happy. Yeah me too," children from the UK said.
