A 15-year-old wanted in connection with a car crash that killed a 13-year-old girl last November has turned himself if.

Aalihah Ingram, 13, died from her injuries in the crash that occurred on Aster Drive.

The Tennessean does not name juveniles unless they are tried as adults. He's charged with vehiular homicide by recklessness on a juvenile court petition.

The 15-year-old boy was the driver of a stolen Chrysler 300 that crashed into a home in the 4800 block of Aster Drive, according to police.

When officers arrive at the scene, the driver had fled. Ingram, a passenger in the vehicle, was found at a Paragon Mills Road residence and transported to Vanderbilt Medical Center where she later died.

The teen turned himself in to the Juvenile Detention Center Friday morning, police said in a statement.
