SAN RAMON, CA - About 40,000 people poured into San Ramon Sunday and Monday for the annual Art & Wind Festival, which brought professionally choreographed kite flying demonstrations, a kite-making workshop, and much more to Central Park.
Guests also enjoyed art and food vendors, three entertainment stages featuring international music performers, gourmet food courts, and children’s amusement zones.
