Requesting a Refund

Customers who need to return a DJI mini, Mavic Pro, or Phantom 4 drone have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate the process. The cost of shipping falls on the customer unless the reason for the return is due to a manufacturing defect. After a two-day review period, the refund will be issued within seven to 14 days.

To initiate a return, the process is simple:

1. Log into your account on the website and proceed to “My Orders.”  
2. Locate the order and click “Details.”
3. Click “Apply for After-Sales” to the right of the order.
4. Submit the return details. 

Save When Buying Refurbished  

DJI offers discounts of up to 20% when you shop the selection of drones and accessories like smart controllers in its certified refurbished store. This is a great way to get an automatic discount on a drone like a Mavic Air 2 or Mini 3. Plus, all refurbished products carry the same one-year warranty as a new product.

DJI’s refurbishing process is thorough and rigorous. After a product is returned, it is cleaned and evaluated, repairs are made if needed, and then it is fully tested for functionality using the same tests as new products. All accessories are also checked. It is then repackaged and certified for resale. 

You can shop refurbished with confidence and get a lower price for the drone you want! Consider combining a refurbished product with a discount code or coupon for an even better value.

Extend Your Warranty

Drones can be a big-ticket item, so covering them with extra warranty protection is a good idea. DJI offers two primary types of extended coverage: Care Refresh and Care Refresh Plus. The cost of these plans can vary depending on the list price of the model drone you buy. Here’s a quick look at each one:

Care Refresh: One or two-year plans are available between $59 and $599 for drones and from $9 to $479 for accessories and cameras. This plan covers two to three product replacements, two to three repairs with a 15% discount, and one to two maintenance services. 

Care Refresh Plus: This is a one-year extension to the one-year DJI Care Refresh plan. If you only opted for the one-year plan, this allows you to make it a two-year plan with identical coverage. It’s not available if you originally selected the two-year plan.

Other, more specific plans are available for target product lines, including the two-year Care Pro for the Ronin 4D 6K and 8K cameras, the one-year Osmo shield for Osmo handheld mounts, and Care Enterprise for commercial products. Prices vary per product.

Seasonal Deals and Sales

If you are looking for a discount on a new DJI drone or Pocket 2 handheld action camera, it’s always a good idea to check the store homepage for the latest sales and promotions. The retailer will often offer discounts of up to 25%, sometimes more, for holidays like Valentine’s Day and Christmas, as well as the Black Friday and Cyber Monday shopping holidays.

Stay Alert to Offers via Email

To sign up for the email, scroll to the bottom of the home page and enter your email. No specific discounts are awarded for signing up, but you will get alerts to new promo codes when available. You can unsubscribe at any time.

How to Use a Coupon Code

DJI occasionally offers great coupons and discount codes that get you a lower price on a new drone or camera. We have all these great promo codes right here on this page. Once you find the code you want, follow this process to redeem it:

1. Copy your code to the clipboard.
2. Shop for your desired drone or camera and add it to the cart.
3. In the cart, click checkout. 
4. Under “Order Summary,” click “Use Coupon.”
5. In the pop-up window, select the “Enter a Coupon Code” tab.
6. Enter your code and click “Apply.”

Your discount will appear in your subtotal. You can only use one code per order—they cannot be stacked. Also, some codes may be exclusive to one customer and are not shareable.
