This project adopts MRac Smart Horizontal Single-Axis Tracking System, which can improve the power generation 20% higher than fixed PV system!

MRac Smart Horizontal Single-Axis Tracking System TR2 increases the vertical component of the sun’s rays on the panels by tracking the solar altitude, thereby increasing generating capacity. In order to maximumly prevent the sunlight from hitting the panels directly and producing more diffuse reflections when there is any cloud cover, Mibet R&D personnel have conducted the research and made some improvement accordingly. The result is the performance of Mibet’s fixed-tilt mounting systems increases by at least 25% against its industry counterparts, with the following features:

1. Stable mounts with high performance

Formed by zigzag tracks and U-shaped diagonal bracings, the stable tripod mounts are made of materials resistant to corrosion and damage with high hardness of cladding; The structure is designed with several automatic maintenance modes such as high wind, rain and snow, night and AI intelligence. Therefore, it can maintain good working conditions under various extreme weather.

In case of high wind, both the natural vibration frequency of the main axis and the critical wind speed will be increased, maximizing the rigidity and stability of the system to resist the strong wind;

When it rains, the system will change the angle to reduce the force on the solar panels, enhance the stability of the system and prevent the rain pouring;

When it snows, the system will switch on the automatic snow clearing mode to protect the equipment from the weight of snow.

2. Optimizing the structure design for more power generation capacity

Aiming for more power output, TR2 adopts the minimum blocking structure design so that there is no shadow blocking of adjacent solar collectors during the whole process of tracking; In addition, it supports the installation of double-sided solar modules, which can make full use of diffuse radiation through software adjustment to optimize the power generation.

3. Smart control system

With the introduction of the latest artificial intelligence algorithm, TR2 improves the accuracy of solar panels by calculating the best tracking angle of the components under different terrain and weather, significantly boosting the generating efficiency.

It also has both monitoring, diagnosis and data analysis functions, which can monitor all the station equipment in real time, and automatically identify, protect and alarm when any fault occurs, so as to guarantee the efficient and stable operation of the power plant.

4. Efficient installation and O&M function

Equipped with an independent solar power supply system, TR2 uses a DC string power supply method. No installation of cables significantly reduces wiring costs. Meanwhile, the dramatic decrease in the number of columns can substantially improve the installation efficiency and make it more convenient for the drive-in vehicles to clean without barriers and risks.

As the world’s leading solar PV mounting system solution provider, Mibet can customize the smart tracking system solutions based on different ground environment, processing technology, cost and other needs, bringing excess returns to its customers.

Given that the quality sites for building PV plants are on the decline, an increasing number of PV plants are built in areas with harsh environments and uneven land, thereby requiring the PV mounts to be more stable and reliable. At the same time, the smart tracking system can significantly increase the solar radiation received by the PV arrays, which in turn will remarkably boost the generating capacity of the PV system. In conclusion, the market growth rate of the smart tracking system will continue to rise in the future, with vast prospects for development.
