Liberty Mutual Personal Insurance and Hannah Grace Cupp were hit with an insurance lawsuit on March 1 in Ohio Court of Common Pleas for Butler County. The complaint, for underinsured/uninsured motorist claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was brought by Stepleton Law on behalf of James Newman.
