WESTBROOK – Discover Downtown Westbrook, a Main Street organization, is thrilled to present an open Pitch Workshop and Westbrook’s first-ever Pitch Contest. The workshop will provide a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs to enhance their pitching skills and showcase their innovative ideas. Then, entrepreneurs can pitch their ideas to win cash prizes at the Paper City Pitch.

Pitch Workshop details:

Develop a compelling pitch for your growing business at the Workshop “Pitching Your Business for Fun and Profit” hosted by Laurie Johnson of Maine Center for Entrepreneurs. This pitch workshop is for beginners and experts, alike! Laurie will guide participants through various types of pitches, assist in developing a basic pitch for their business, and emphasize the significance of effective pitching. Entrepreneurs at any stage can learn from this workshop, and they will leave with the tools and confidence needed to articulate their business story in a compelling and impactful manner. The Pitch workshop will be held on March 19 from 6-7 p.m. at Weekend Anime, 492 Main Street. Use your new skills to enter into our Paper City Pitch Contest! (Participation in the Paper City Pitch Contest is not necessary to attend the Pitch Workshop.)
