Beat the crowds and celebrate St. Patrick's Day early with the Luck of The Irish St Patrick's Day Weekend Bar Crawl. The bar crawl will be held from 1-8 p.m. Saturday, March 16 with tickets available for $15. Participants will be granted free access to participating bars. A costume contest will also be held, so wear your best green attire for a chance to win.

Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with a twist. Screaming Orphans are a chart-topping all-sister Celtic folk and pop band from Ireland.

Whether you're a seasoned crawler or a newbie, the Iowa City Official St. Patrick's Day Bar Crawl on Sunday, March 17, offers something for everyone. Starting at 1 p.m., participants will hop around to participating bars serving unique experiences and traditional Irish spirits, from classic Irish cuisine to frothy pints of Guinness. Tickets are available on Eventbrite.com and cost $15.

Pat and Fran's Irish Pub Weeklong Party

Celebrate St Patrick's Day throughout the weekend at Pat and Fran's Irish Pub in Coralville. The restaurant will serve all the best Irish delicacies like Guinness, green beer, corned beef, and cabbage from Friday, March 15 through Sunday, May 17. Festivities will be held open to close.

Spend a day full of family fun at Field Day Brewing Co. in North Liberty on St. Patrick's Day.

If you are not keen on green beer, head over to Field Day Brewing Co. in North Liberty for a more laidback and family-friendly holiday celebration. The brewery is hosting a leprechaun scavenger hunt for kids from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. An adult scavenger hunt will begin at noon, sending participants on a journey to find one of the 24 leprechaun pots hidden around the venue. Participants can win prizes from gift cards to merch with a grand prize of free beer for the month of April. The day will be soundtracked by a live performance of Appalachian blues music while themed food items will be available for purchase.

Screaming Orphans at Coralville Center for the Performing Arts

Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with a twist. Screaming Orphans are a chart-topping all-sister Celtic folk and pop band from Ireland. They are known worldwide for their award-winning sound, combining original pop songs with a unique take on traditional Irish music. The pop-folk fusion band brings their act to Coralville at 8 p.m. Saturday, March 16 at the Coralville Center for the Performing Arts. Tickets are on sale for $30.

SaPaDaPaSo St. Patrick’s Day Parade

Head to Cedar Rapids for the 48th annual SaPaDaPaSo St. Patrick’s Day Parade. The parade will march through downtown Cedar Rapids starting at 1 p.m. on Sunday, March 17, rain or shine.
