WASHINGTON — The D.C. Circuit upheld the dismissal of former FBI agent Michael Langeman’s due process claims arising from his firing, which occurred after the Department of Justice investigated his mishandling of allegations of molestation against USA Gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar. The agent’s failure to follow up on the allegations led to a delay in the investigation, allowing Nassar to abuse another 70 victims.
