The Rising Stars Foundation will hold a golf tournament April 1 at Red Hill Country Club in Rancho Cucamonga, a fundraiser for Rising Stars of Equestrian Therapy.
The tournament includes awards, raffle and dinner. Check-in begins at 8 a.m. and shotgun start is 10 a.m. Registration is $200 per player or $180 for each player in a foursome.

Proceeds will go to the Rising Stars of Equestrian Therapy, a nonprofit established in 1975 that provides therapeutic and recreational horseback rides and riding lessons to physically and mentally challenged children and adults, according to a news release.
The organization’s mission is to facilitate continuing education and develop occupational skills through the pursuit of equestrian skills. The horses are at Sycamore Canyon Equestrian Center in San Dimas.
