CHICAGO — House music will be celebrated once again in its rightful birthplace of Chicago this Labor Day weekend.

ARC Music Festival will be held at Union Park in Chicago’s West Loop from Friday, Aug. 30, to Sunday, Sept. 1.

“There is no festival in Chicago that focuses on house and all it’s different forms, which is crazy considering Chicago is the birthplace of house music,” ARC Music Festival Founder John Curley said.

This will mark the fourth year that ARC Music Festival will celebrate the house music genre at Union Park, less than two miles away from where it all started at The Warehouse.

The following list showcases the 2024 lineup for ARC Music Festival:

What has made ARC a one-of-a-kind music festival has been their ability to blend new and old artists throughout a weekend celebrating the house music genre.

“It’s important for me that ARC brings all of these talented DJ’s from all over the world to the city that birthed this music,” South Side of Chicago-native and DJ Terry Hunter said. “Even if you play EDM, techno, or whatever the case my be, you have to come back home to the motherland.”

Auris Presents organizers have made ARC Music Festival “a cornerstone in the global festival circuit while spotlighting the rich cultural heritage of Chicago.”

Organizers will also bring back “ARC After Dark” showcasing 13 Chicago venues and 80 artists from Thursday night to the early morning hours of Monday during the Labor Day weekend celebration.

With a lineup that reflects the rich history of house and electronic music, festival-goers can look forward to a weekend of legendary proportions.

“House music remains Chicago’s gift to the world and it’s time to remind people where it came from,” Fatboy Slim said in the aftermovie.

Single day and weekend pass will be available at 12 p.m. CST on Friday, March 15. Click Here for ticket information.
