LEMON GROVE, CA (November 29, 2022) – Tuesday morning, a pedestrian crash on State Route 94 involving an ambulance resulted in a fatality.

The collision happened around 1:30 a.m. along the eastbound side of SR-94 near Massachusetts Avenue in Lemon Grove.
