Walmart and other defendants were slapped with a slip-and-fall personal injury lawsuit on March 4 in Indiana Superior Court for Fayette County. The court action was brought by Polansky & Cichon on behalf of Patricia Lovatto. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 21D01-2403-CT-000157, Patricia Lovatto v. Wal-Mart Stores East, LP d/b/a Walmart Supercenter, Wal-Mart Stores East, LLC, d/b/a Wal-Mart, Wal-mart Stores East, Inc.et al.
