Tom Sandoval accuses ex Ariana Madix of trash-talking her “Vanderpump Rules” castmates at large in the mid-season trailer released by Bravo Tuesday.
“Ariana, she f—king talks shit about all of you f—kers!” he tells Lala Kent, Scheana Shay and Tom Schwartz during a party hosted by jeweler Kyle Chan in San Francisco, which was filmed for the Season 11 finale.
This explosive moment seemingly came after the cover band singer, 41, attempted to reconcile with Madix, 38, on camera.
“Ariana, wait one second,” he says as he trails behind the “Single AF Cocktails” author, who clearly wants nothing to do with him.
“He wants 30 seconds with the audience,” she fumes moments later, expressing her frustrations. “He doesn’t give a f—k if I f—king died in a ditch.”
Elsewhere in the extended sneak peek, Madix and Sandoval clash when the latter tries engaging in a discussion with the former during an all-cast beach day.
“According to your rules, Ariana…” Sandoval begins, though he is immediately shut down by the “Chicago” performer.
“Don’t speak to me, don’t speak to me,” she says repeatedly, not allowing him to get a word in.
“You’re speaking to me!” he huffs back.
Madix dumped Sandoval in March 2023 after she discovered his months-long affair with their former “VPR” co-star Rachel “Raquel” Leviss (who has since left the show).

Madix has since moved on with hunky fitness pro Daniel Wai, who makes his onscreen debut in the preview.
“Ariana’s got good taste in men,” Sandoval says at one point, acknowledging Madix’s current romance.
As the Something About Her co-founder pursues a new love, her bestie Shay, 38, casts doubt on her future with husband Brock Davies.
“I don’t think you and I are going to be together forever,” she tearfully tells her spouse during what appears to be an emotional dinner scene.
Meanwhile, Shay remains at a crossroads in her relationship with ex-pal Sandoval, whom she has taken space from after he was unfaithful to Madix.
“You mean a lot,” Sandoval tells the “Good as Gold” singer at the end of the trailer, to which she coldly replies, “Because we’re filming or because of life?”
“Vanderpump Rules” airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
