About Yangzhou Yangjie Electronic Technology
The Chinese semiconductor components maker this year unveiled plans invest $90 million to set up a subsidiary in Vietnam to expand globally, and another 1 billion yuan ($138 million) on a new semiconductor material factory in China. The company, founded in 2006 and headquartered in Yangzhou, raised $215 million in April by listing its global depository receipts on the SIX Swiss Exchange. Net sales rose 23% last year to 5.4 billion yuan, while net income climbed 38% to 1.1 billion yuan.
