Talk about a dream team!

Mike Tirico, Kelly Clarkson, and Peyton Manning appeared on Tuesday’s episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to announce that they would be hosting the opening ceremony at this year’s Summer Olympics in Paris.

“It’s an honor to be able to announce for the first time anywhere that this year, at the Summer Olympics in Paris, the opening ceremony will be hosted by yours truly, Peyton Manning, and Kelly Clarkson,” Tirico said as the crowd cheered.

“I’m so glad we can say it! We’ve been holding this…” Clarkson added. “I’m not a vault. I hate secrets.”

Manning revealed that he even knows a little French from high school, and that as a teen he promised his mother that he would one day take her to Paris—a promise he can now fulfill.

“Thirty years to the time I graduated, I’m taking my mom to Paris for the Olympics,” Manning shared.

This will be Tirico’s fourth time hosting the Olympic opening ceremony, and a first for Clarkson and Manning.

This year’s festivities will be held along the famed Seine River, instead of limiting the ceremony to the traditional venue, in a stadium.

“The opening ceremony’s going to be so different and unique, down the Seine, down the river, with the athletes on a boat,” Tirico told Fallon. “So, it’s not the stadium where they walk in. It’ll incorporate Paris.”

The opening ceremony for the 2024 Summer Olympics is slated for July 26 on NBC, Peacock, and Telemundo.
