TVS Star City Plus
TVS Motor Company has updated its commuter motorcycle, Star City Plus with a BS6 compliant engine. The BS6 Star City Plus is powered by a 109.7cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 8.1hp of power along with 8.7Nm of torque. The engine comes with a 4-speed transmission. Stopping power is taken care of with the help of 130mm and 110mm drum brakes at the front and rear respectively with SBT technology. In addition, the bike gets features like an all-LED headlamp, USB charging port and a dual-stone seat. The BS6 Star City Plus is available in two variants- monotone which is priced at Rs 62,034 while the dual-tone trim comes with a price tag of Rs 62,534, ex-showroom.

TVS Star City Plus Braking and Safety
TVS Star City Plus comes with drum brakes at both ends. It gets 130mm unit at the front along with a 110mm unit at the rear with SBT (Synchronized Braking Technology).

BS6 TVS Star City Plus comes with a 10-litre fuel tank. The 109.7cc, fuel-injected engine promises 15 percent better fuel efficiency than the BS4 version. TVS has not revealed the claimed fuel efficiency of the BS6 Star City Plus. However, in real world conditions, the bike should offer a fuel efficiency of 80 kmpl.
