RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The Richmond Police Department (RPD) is seeking the public’s assistance in finding two suspects caught on video vandalizing two homes on Monument Avenue.

According to police, at approximately 1:55 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 22, two suspects were caught on video spray-painting two homes on the 1600 block of Monument Avenue.
