ROGERS, Ark (KNWA/KFTA) — The Rogers-Lowell Chamber of Commerce will host its monthly Art on the Bricks event on March 14 from 4:30-7:30 p.m in downtown Rogers.

Stay True Bike and Barber in Rogers is among the many shops gearing up for the event.

Art on the Bricks has a special addition this month. In celebration of Youth Art Month and National Crochet Month, the event will feature a display of crochet art pieces crafted by local artists, alongside artwork from students attending Greer Lingle Middle School.

The theme for this year’s student artwork is surrealism, offering a glimpse into the creative minds of the young artists. Students will have the opportunity to showcase their pieces to the community.

Karen Wagaman with the chamber of commerce, emphasized the significance of events like Art on the Bricks in fostering community connections. “Events like this help to connect the community,” Wagaman said, highlighting the role of art in bringing people together.

Wagaman said that they plan to have fun, music, art and more for attendees to enjoy!
