We would like to inform you that Mr. R Ganapathi (DIN: 00103623) has completed his second term as an Independent Director and he ceased to be an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f March 31, 2024. We hereby inform you that the Board of Directors vide Circular Resolution dated March 29, 2024 based on the Recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved to appoint Mr. R Ganapathi as an Additional Director ( Non- Independent Director, Non Executive) w.e.f April 01, 2024 subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
