AnkerWork Reveals Speakerphone With Instant Voiceprint Recognition

Following

Computer accessories brand AnkerWork has announced a breakthrough in speakerphone innovation aimed at hybrid workers who spend a lot of time in video meetings and on phone calls. The AnkerWork S600 Speakerphone was launched today and is billed as the world’s first speakerphone to offer real-time voiceprint recognition technology.

A press release issued to mark the announcement claims the S600 Speakerphone will “redefine the standards of digital communication” with its voiceprint function accurately recognizing and targeting specific human voices. By identifying individual voices, the technology can also eliminate non-target voices for clearer calls.

The S600’s exclusive Voiceprint Recognition technology uses acoustic algorithms and a professional-grade NPU (Neural Processing Unit) chip to accurately recognize and verify individuals based on their unique vocal characteristics.

This new technology ensures that only the target user’s voice is focused on, eliminating non-target voices and background noise with, according to AnkerWork’s claims, more than 99% effectiveness. The AnkerWork S600 can store voiceprints locally.

Equipped with AnkerWork's VoiceRadar 3.5 technology, the S600 can identify more than 300 types of background noises by using deep AI learning. The S600 has also been tested and trained with more than 50,000 environmental recordings to deliver better sound quality. It’s claimed that the inclusion of echo cancellation and full-duplex processing makes calls exceptionally clear, regardless of the surrounding environment.

In addition to its speakerphone function, the S600 can also serve as a magnetic charging station with Qi2.0 standard device compatibility. With up to 15W of power, the S600 can charge smartphones quickly and efficiently.

The S600 has a pivot design that provides an adjustable viewing angle of up to 70 degrees, accommodating smartphones in both landscape and portrait orientations. Combined with a sturdy base, the device is designed to provide a sturdy platform for video conferencing and multimedia viewing.

The speakerphone also has a 5W output and 360-degree sound dispersion, making it suitable for playing music or movie soundtracks. The dual passive radiator design boosts the bass response.

Pricing & Availability: The AnkerWork S600 Speakerphone is launching on Kickstarter.com today at a limited super early bird price of $98.99. The regular early bird price will be $113.39.
