New Suit - Consumer Class Action

PepsiCo's the Quaker Oats Co. was named in a consumer class action on March 5 in Illinois Circuit Court for Cook County. The suit, filed by Bursor & Fisher, contends that the company sells various products which are contaminated by Salmonella. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
