Drugs, AR-15 found in Mount Vernon man’s home: Mobile County Sheriff’s Office
MOUNT VERNON, Ala. (WKRG) — Authorities say they found drugs and a gun at a Mount Vernon man’s home; now he’s behind bars, according to the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office.
Mobile Police seek alleged Sam’s Club thief
On Tuesday, MCSO executed a search warrant at a home on Tom Hopkins Road after they received “several crime tips” about drug activity, according to a news release.
Deputies then arrested 27-year-old Darrell Dewayne Sullivan.
Sullivan is charged with:
Trafficking synthetic marijuana — 484 grams
Trafficking methamphetamine — 220 grams
Marijuana first-degree — 137 grams
Possession of controlled substance (cocaine) — 1 gram
Possession of drug paraphernalia

Deputies also found an AR-15 and seized it while executing the search warrant, according to the MCSO news release.
