CLEVELAND, Ohio – A new apartment building now leasing in Tremont has something a little be different for the trendy spot near downtown Cleveland - some hotel rooms as well.
Four hotel suites are included along side 102 apartments at the development being called Driftwood.
J Roc Development is pre-leasing its four-story mixed-use luxury apartment in the heart of Tremont on the corner of West 11th Street and Fairfield Avenue, just minutes from Professor Avenue.
The new apartment includes units ranging from studios to three bedrooms. The units feature 10-to-11-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling picture windows and balconies, walk-in closets and in-unit laundry.
The building is expected to open September.
Rents start at $1,500.
Amenities include a swimming pool and a rooftop deck with skyline views of downtown Cleveland. Plus there are designs for a high-end restaurant with a rooftop bar to be determined. A J Roc spokesperson said there were not not any concrete information about concepts or potential operators of the restaurant and bar.
J Roc is the same company that is leasing its Camden Woods townhomes in Strongsville. The community features 82 homes over 30 acres of wooded property ranging from 1,350 square feet to 2,463.
