Several Injuries Reported after Traffic Accident near Gopher Canyon Road

BONSALL, CA (May 23, 2022) – On Saturday, a total of seven people sustained injuries in a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 15.

Officers from the California Highway Patrol responded to a call around 8:00 p.m. about a multi-car accident on Interstate 15 near Gopher Canyon Road.

According to CalFire, a total of seven people suffered injuries in the crash.

Two of the victims did not require medical attention, while medics took the other five to nearby hospitals for further treatment. Three of the five hospitalized victims are critically injured, while the other two are in fair condition.

Furthermore, the events leading up to the collision are unknown. Moreover, Bonsall officials are currently investigating the factors that caused the multi-vehicle crash.
