PETOSKEY, MI – A workforce housing development in Northern Michigan is getting a $2 million boost from the state.

A closed factory in Petoskey is being redeveloped into Maple Block Flats, an eight-building, 204-unit multifamily housing complex. It’s expected to be completed during spring 2026.
