Alpine Hospitality and Wanda Bertoia were hit with a breach-of-contract lawsuit on April 3 in Colorado 2nd Judicial District for Denver County over a promissory note for $5,200,000. The lawsuit, brought by Hatch Ray Olsen Conant LLC on behalf of North Valley Bank, accuses the defendants of failing to pay back the full amount owed. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2024CV031007, North Valley Bank v. Alpine Hospitality Inc et al.
