The Baldwin County Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday approved Summer Grove, a 215-lot subdivision off Rigsby Road outside of Daphne. The subdivision was approved despite concerns from both the planning commission and nearby residents about the lot density, as well as traffic concerns.

The engineer of record on the subdivision is listed as Dwayne Smith of Anchor Engineering. The property owners are listed as Beverly Butler and Lucile and Iris Harris.
