H. Todd Bullard of Harris Beach has entered an appearance for the County of Fulton and Heather A. Scribner in a pending eminent domain lawsuit. The case, filed Feb. 26 in New York Northern District Court by David M. Giglio & Associates on behalf of the Estate of David Robusto and other plaintiffs, contends that the plaintiff's violated the U.S. Constitution by taking private property without just compensation. The suit contends that surplus funds from a tax sale were not paid to the plaintiffs. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Brenda K. Sannes, is 1:24-cv-00281, Vose et al v. County of Fulton et al.
