San Bernardino unveiled its mobile veterinary clinic this week, bolstering efforts to make animal services more accessible in the community.

The clinic, supported by a $1.1 million grant from the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians, will provide vaccination, spay and neuter and microchipping services at various parks and community centers in the city.

At a ribbon-cutting ceremony Tuesday, March 19, the city unveiled the van serving as the traveling clinic, meant to help reach residents who may face challenges in accessing traditional veterinary services.
