MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The body of a missing Arkansas woman believed to be suffering from dementia was found Tuesday in a body of water, Poinsett County authorities said.

Marsha Williams left her daughter’s residence near Harrisburg between 5 and 7 a.m. Sunday, authorities said. She was on foot wearing red and white pajamas, and may have been “confused.”

She was found around 1 p.m. Tuesday off Highway 163. Her body is being sent to the Arkansas state crime lab.

No foul play is suspected, Poiinsett County authorities said.
