‘Citizen complaints’ filed against Union City police chief, YouTube antagonist after scuffle at Stack event

A YouTube blogger focused on exposing alleged corruption in Union City filed a misdemeanor complaint against the city’s police chief, and is also being cited in “citizen” complaints after a kerfuffle earlier this month at an event hosted by the city’s mayor.

It could not be determined who filed the complaints against Leonard Filipowski, known by his stage name Leroy Truth, for harassment and simple assault. The YouTube “gonzo” journalist believes it was a city commissioner that filed one of the complaints.
